I’ve found a new love in sprouted bread. It’s probably because I can’t have the crusty, fluffy, delicious italian bread haha! Either way, I’m glad I like it. Pair this sandwich with apple or pear slices and you have a great, nutritious lunch!
Juice of a Lime
Sliced Turkey (not deli meat)
2 pieces of sprouted bread
First, I mashed up the 2 avocados. After chopping the mangos into bite sizes pieces I mixed them into the avocados along with lemon juice and salt to taste.
Toast 2 pieces of sprouted bread. Pile the mixed greens and sliced turkey on one piece of bread. Slather on as much as you’d like of the avocado mixture on the other slice of bread. Put ’em together and yummm yummm yum!
