Doyouyoga.com is one of my favorite sites to go to. This month one of their resident experts, Faith Hunter, has been giving a free 30 day meditation challenge. Everyday there is a meditation (approx. 10 minutes) that focuses on different aspects of our lives.
Day 12’s meditation was called How To Think Positively. It’s a wonderful meditation and I loved it so much I felt like I needed to share it with all of you. Take 10 minutes out of your day today and do this meditation. If you like it, join in the rest of the 30 day challenge! Or, if you’d like, just pick and choose some of the meditations to complete. It’s up to you! Any little bit helps 🙂
