Have you ever been confused by all the different dietary theories out there? Ummmmm honestly, If you answered No you definitely are in the minority. THERE ARE SO MANY DIFFERENT DIETS OUT THERE!! How do you know which is the best? How do you know which will work? IT’S SO FREAKING CONFUSING!!!!! When I was in nutrition school I studied over 100+ different dietary theories. Yes, over 100. There are seriously so many out there. So this week I’m tackling this very question… what the heck is the best diet anyways?
What Is The Best Diet To Follow?
Have you ever tried eliminating certain foods from your diet? I will be doing a follow-up video next week on the elimination diet, but I highly suggest that you do some research into it if you’ve never done it! For YEARS I drank TONS of milk, ate cheese like it was my job and enjoyed ice cream all the time. I NEVER knew I was intolerant to dairy… until I took it out , tried to reintroduce it and messed up my digestive system so bad that it took me almost 6 months (and -15 pounds) to get it back on track!
Food is fuel and if we feed our bodies fuel that’s making us become even sicker, then what’s the point?!?!?! Make sure to check out my next video which will give you some more deets on doing an elimination diet.
